Our engagement model is very simple. Call us and let’s discuss your requirement. If we are interested, we will send you a quote for our first meeting. At the end of our first meeting, we will decide if we want to take you on as a customer. If we decide to continue, we will explain everything to you. If we decide not to take you on as a customer, we will provide you with a full refund and part ways.

If you ignore our advice, we will terminate our business with you. It is a waste of our time and your time and money. If you don’t need us around, we are not going to hang around and bill you. It costs a lot of money to have us around and we will be acting in our mutual interests if we feel that our engagement is not providing the value to you we set out to provide.

Our engagements never produce thick folders of documents. Our primary goal is to provide you with advice. We will assist with presentations, the vetting of RFIs, RFQs and tenders. We will also help you separate the wheat from the chaff when you receive your tender responses, and together, we will work towards the winning solution.

The best discussions are normally held around a coffee table or in front of a whiteboard. We are traditional when it comes to note taking. A Moleskin and Mont Blanc is a great combination.
